NEW INFORMATION ON PAYMENT OF STUDENT FEES - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY



The last day to pay your fees over the phone has passed.



To make your fee payment now you must come in person to pay fees on one of the following day between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm:

                                        August 16

When you come to pay at school, you can pay by cash, money order, cashier's check or credit card.  WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS!  All fees must be paid in order for a student to attend their orientation day or their first day of class.

 

Parent Workshop  on Sunday, August 28 at 7:00 pm in the Seton Auditorium for all parents who have a daughter who plays a sport here at Seton. Lynn Kachmarik, a two-time Olympian and founder of True Brand Sports will be here to conduct a workshop that all parents need to hear if their daughter plays any sport at any level! Bishop McNamara has also been invited to join us for the workshop. Registration will begin at 6:30 and the cost is free.

 

Bookstore Hours 9:00 to 3:00 Monday to Friday including Aug 16.



The book list on our web page has been revised as of 6/28/16.  Please be sure to use this updated version when buying your daughter's books.

 

Would you like to help put the covers on 150 new Macbook Airs for the Freshmen? Can you come on Tuesday August 16 at 10am.

Welcome class of 2020! - The PCO will be hosting our annual Ice Cream Social for the incoming Freshman class and their family on Saturday, August 20th from 6-8pm.  We need four (4) parent volunteers (sophomore, junior, or senior parents only) to assist with setup, serving, and cleanup. If you missed the used book sale or you are in need of books because of a schedule change, used books will be available for your purchase on the fee days of August 2, 8 and 16.

 

Seton Community, please mark your calendars for Sept. 14 from 6:30 to 8:30 pm,.  We are inviting you to join us for a school wide celebration of the Daughters of Charity on the feast of St. Elizabeth Seton.  More information will be coming, but please SAVE THE DATE and please plan on coming to a wonderful celebration.

 

Dear Parents and Students:



      We are trying very hard to finish the migration of our database to a new system.  We have staff working around the clock as it is a huge project.  While this is happening, we ABSOLUTELY CANNOT ADDRESS SCHEDULE CHANGES.  We need your help, support, and understanding in this matter.

 

       If you are seeking a schedule change, you must wait until August 2, 8, or 16 when we can meet with you in person.  PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL GUIDANCE COUNSELORS OR OTHER STAFF ABOUT SCHEDULE CHANGES.   Our guidance staff does not work in the summer time and all emails are being lost and unaddressed.  Therefore, it is going to be impossible to help you when we do gain access to our system.



       We have made ourselves available to you for many long hours on the days set aside in August because we want to help you, but please accept that we cannot help you now.

If your daughter wishes to tryout for a Seton sports team next year, she must have a current physical performed after June 1, 2016 on file in the clinic. These forms should be mailed to the school prior to tryouts. Please do not bring them the day of tryouts and hand them to coaches. They are unable to accept them.

Forms can be found on our website www.setonhs.org under Athletics and Admissions. We are unable to accept substitute forms, so please print the physical form prior to your Dr's visit.

Parents of Freshmen, Transfers and students wishing to try out for a sports team. Please mail your completed health forms (physicals and immunizations) to the school (attn: CLINIC) as soon as they are completed. Please use the forms provided at registration or that are on our website under athletics or admissions. We are unable to accept substitute forms.

Support Seton's Music Program-Redskins Season Tickets Available!

For the past several years, the Seton Music Boosters have had two Redskins season tickets available for purchase where the proceeds from sales have benefited the Music Program. We are offering this exciting opportunity once again this year, with season tickets available in Section 102, Row 7, Seats 15 and 16. Parking passes are included as well.

Students taking Latin 2 should save their Wheelock's Latin book, workbook and reader from Latin 1. Any transfer students going into Latin 2, may purchase Wheelock's Latin books on Amazon.com.
