The company that manages your lunch account (if you opened one for your daughter), MySchoolAccount, had system maintenance performed over this past weekend. As a result, money deposited into the accounts over the weekend did not post to the school's server until Tuesday morning. Under normal circumstances, money deposited before midnight will post the following day. Anything you added into your account should now be in our system. The company is instituting an announcement banner for system maintenance which you should see in the top portion of the screen after you log into the site. If you have any questions or concerns, please email Mrs. Werle at pwerle@setonhs.org.

Post-Transplant Update on Carly and Opportunity to provide a meal for the family: Carly Nguyen '16 had a successful bone marrow transplant on Friday, August 28. The school community live streamed a prayer service for her so she was able to join us! Carly is resting well and is grateful for all the social media messages, cards, prayers, thoughts and meals. A thank you to all those of you who have already signed up at takethemameal.com to bring the Nguyen's a meal. They greatly appreciate this act of kindness since they are caring for Carly around the clock at the hospital. There is still space on the calendar to sign up so please consider helping out and if cooking isn't your thing, gift cards are welcome as well. You can check out the schedule at www.takethemameal.com and search "Nguyen". The password is "7422". Thank you for your love and support for one of the members of our school family. Best, Melissa Davey

Caring for Carly - More Opportunities to Help
Caring for Carly - More Opportunities to Help Many thanks to the many people who have already visited, prayed for, and/or cooked meals for the Nguyen family! If you are looking for other ways to help, consider joining the Nguyen family and other members of the Seton community on Team Carly as we participate in Children's National 5k Race for Every Child on October 3. Our team will be raising money specifically for the bone marrow transplant team at Children's National Medical Center. Please note that this a 5k run/walk, so you don't have to go fast! Here is a link to Team Carly's page: http://childrensnational.donordrive.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=donorDrive.team&teamID=6418On this page you can click on "Join our Team" to register for the race or "Support Us" to donate to the team. Registration is $35 until September 19, and then goes up to $45. Members of the Seton community and their friends are all welcome! Carly and her sister Christine have designed special Team Carly shirts for those who want to show support! These shirts are for anyone, not just those participating in the 5k. All proceeds from this shirt go directly to the Nguyen family. Because they are #SetonStrong shirts, students and staff can wear these shirts on Terrific Tuesdays for the rest of the school year. Sales close September 20 and shirts will be delivered by October 2. Order shirts here: https://www.booster.com/caringforcarly
