Once in FACTS, click on Create a FACTS Account and complete the enrollment. Re-Registration When students re-register, they will need to bring the following items with them. - Re-Registration Form (2 page form)
- Tuition Obligation Commitment Form (signed by the person responsible for tuition and the parent)
- Re-Registration Fee of $150.00 (cash, money order, or check). Seniors will need to bring their graduation fee of $200.00 as well. (cash, money order, or check)

Parent Painting and Back to School Party
Parent Painting and Back To School Party - July 18 On July 18 from 1:00 to 6:00, after the USED BOOK SALE, we are going to have another Parent Service Day. Parents can get a jump on their service hours by helping us paint, clean and move things around for the new school year. If you would like to join us, please email Sister Ellen Marie at ehagar@setonhs.org.

Parent Club Organization - Volunteer Hours
The Parent Club Organization (PCO) Board would like to make parents aware of an adjustment to the 2015-16 Parent Volunteer Service Hours distribution. Each family is asked to commit a minimum of 10 hours total to one or more of the volunteer activities sponsored by the PCO, the school staff or Alumnae Association. We understand that not all families are in a position to volunteer their time; therefore, we have many opportunities for families to donate in-kind items (e.g., food, beverages, paper products, etc.). For in-kind donations, you receive 1 hr for every $10 spent. Reimbursement will be given for the full 10 hours of service/in-kind donations only. Fall Sports Tryout Changes
Due to the turf field construction project, Field Hockey and Soccer Tryouts have been Moved.
Field Hockey Tryouts will be held Monday, 8/17, Tuesday, 8/18 and Wednesday, 8/18 from 3:30-5:30 at the Whitemarsh Field in Bowie.
Soccer Tryouts will be held Monday, 8/17, Tuesday, 8/18 and Wednesday, 8/19 from 3:30-5:30 at Allen's Pond-Murtagh Field #1 in Bowie.
You must attend ALL THREE SESSIONS in order to make a team.

A reminder to all that tuition for 2015-2016 begins in June. FACTS will withdraw payments in June and July. Two monthly payments must be made before students begin school in August.

Final Reports Cards will be available on the portal beginning on Monday June 8th. We will not mail a copy of the report card this year.

On behalf of Carly and the entire Nguyen family, we want to say "thank you" to all of you for your prayers, gifts, donations, visits, etc. At Elizabeth Seton High School, we are truly a family, and your support has been a testament to this. Carly is going to need a bone marrow transplant and our immediate goal is to help her find a perfect match who will become her bone marrow donor. We must act rather quickly since Carly will need to have her transplant by the end of June. We held a bone marrow donor drive on Friday, June 5 and collected 76 completed donor kits. We are grateful for everyone who donated and shared the information. We still have extra kits, so please continue to spread the word and if anyone wants to complete a test kit at school. People in need of a bone marrow transplant are most likely to find a perfect match with some who is of the same race and ethnicity as the patient. We are most interested in testing members of the Vietnamese community and/or other Asian communities (ages 18-44 are preferred). The entire test to determine if you are a match for Carly takes less than 5 minutes. Please help us to spread the word. Please email Ms. Melissa Davey at mdavey@setonhs.org if you have any questions. We have created a "Caring fo Carly" google document for families who wish to sign up to provide a meal/gift card, prayer, visit and/or card/note to Carly and her family. All families must attend one orientation session prior to their daughter returning to school in late August. Families must bring the following to their orientation appointment:

Payment for Fees Bill- Payments may be paid at the time you come to orientation. Acceptable forms of payment are: Cash, Money Order or Credit Card only. No personal checks.

*Please note: Students will receive a list of their assigned classes for the 2015-2016 school year via snail mail during the week of July 1. Please bring this list of classes to the used book sale on July 18. Once the family/student attend one registration appointment, the student will receive her official schedule that will include teacher names and periods. Car Pool Information: Click here to complete the online form to be added to car pool list. Forms should be completed no later than Wednesday, July 8, 2015 in order to be included in the Carpool Directory. Please understand that by providing this information, it will be shared with other carpool candidates. Note: Elizabeth Seton High School does not arrange carpools. This form is only to assist you in arranging a carpool.

Summer SAT Preparation Class
Seton will offer a summer SAT preparation class again this summer. The dates are July 27-31 from 8:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. Both mathematics and English preparation will occur. To sign up, please send the name of the student, the student's identification number, and a check for $350.00 to Seton attention: Mrs. Burke. If you have further questions, please contact Mrs. Burke at lburke@setonhs.org. Registration needs to be completed by June 20th.

If your daughter wishes to try out for a Seton sports team next year, she must have a current physical (performed after June 1, 2015) on file in the clinic before tryouts. Forms can be found on our website (setonhs.org) under the tabs for admissions and athletics or click here.

Used Book Sale Information
USED BOOK SALE - JULY 18, 2015 Our annual Used Book Sale will be held Saturday July 18, 2015 from 9 am to 1 pm in our school auditorium. We are accepting books for sale in the main office Monday July 13 thru Friday July 17 from 9 am to 3 pm. Please see our web site for information on how to sell your used books. NBCUniversal/LNESC Scholarship
About the NBCUniversal/LNESC National Scholarship The NBCUniversal/LNESC Scholarship Program is intended to assist and encourage outstanding Latino high school seniors and undergraduate students who plan to pursue a bachelor's degree at a U. S. post-secondary institution. The NBCUniversal/LNESC Scholarship Program is sponsored by NBCUniversal and administered by the LULAC National Educational Service Centers (LNESC). The NBCUniversal/LNESC Scholarship Program will award ten (10) $5,000 national scholarships to qualified high school seniors and undergraduate students. Applicants must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or better on a 4.0 scale or the equivalent; must have scored 26 or higher on the ACT test, or 1770 or higher on the SAT test (for high school seniors only); AND applied to or be enrolled full-time in an accredited college or university. Pope Francis I has designated this year as the Year of Consecrated Life. In doing so, he has asked people to become more familiar with consecrated life and its gift to the church. At Seton, we are blessed to have the Daughters of Charity who live a consecrated life. In keeping with the Pope's wish, we are sharing the many facets of consecrated life with our students every Tuesday on our television in the student lobby. Each week in Parent Announce, we will share this information with you.
