CLHS Sport Physical Screenings 
Concordia Lutheran High School will be offering physical screenings for all prospective athletes for 2014-2015 school year. The exams are scheduled for Thursday, May 29th at 5:30 p.m. at Concordia Lutheran High School. The cost will be $10.00 and this is an excellent opportunity to get a first class physical screening with doctors, nurses, and athletic trainers. This will be the only date offered for a physical screening for the 2014-15 school year. All athletes must have a completed physical exam before trying out for any sports teams. The procedure is as follows:
- Bring the IHSAA physical form to the screening with front and fourth page completed. This is the only form that will be accepted for this screening.
- Checks should be made out to Concordia Lutheran High School. No physical will be given without the proper form, signatures, or payment.
- Return your completed athletic physical form to the Concordia Athletic Office along with a completed and signed Code of Conduct, Concussion Acknowledgement Consent to Treat, and Emergency Information Form. Be sure that all five forms are fully completed and signed.

Concordia Scholars Visit Sweetwater Sound
Last week, our Concordia Scholars went on a field trip to Sweetwater Sound, sharing the Concordia mission with others in our community.

Concordia Given 4 Star Designation 
CLHS was just recently recognized as a 2012-13 Indiana Four Star school. To receive the designation, a school must be in the top 25 percentile of schools in three categories based on ISTEP+ scores, according to the Indiana Department of Education. Read more...
