Good Morning!

Attendance Office Reminders

* Everyone is required to show a picture I.D. every time a student is checked out

* Late check-out end's at 3:15. If your child has an appointment please send a note with them on the day of the appointment for early check-out's. The Attendance Office will provide them with a note to their teacher's for early release. This will help expedite their departure time.

* Please have your child bring all notes for absence into the Attendance Office.

* All students riding a different bus with another student must have a written note and/or email from their parent/guardian including a contact number. All notes must be brought into the Attendance Office and signed by Ms. King or an Administrator in her absence.

* Student class time is very important. Please do not call ahead for early dismissals. Students are often waiting for an entire class period for early dismissal via phone calls. Upon your arrival, we will contact the student's teacher for dismissal.

Save those Box Tops!

It's easy money to support PCMS.  Here's how:
  • Clip Box Tops from every day products you buy.
  • Put them in a sandwich bag.
  • Write your name on the baggie along with grade and homeroom teacher's name.
  • 20 Box tops = 1 entry The more you turn in, the better chance you have!
  • Place your labeled bag in the Box Tops containers located in the cafeteria and at the security desk AT ANY TIME DURING THE SCHOOL YEAR.
  • Drawings for teacher and student prizes will be held in the Fall and Spring, but please turn in Box Tops ANY TIME DURING THE YEAR.
