Correction to the Charter Meeting and Vote

The PCMS Charter Meeting and Vote will be Wednesday, August 12 at 5:30pm. The meeting will be held in the cafeteria.

PCMS Registration Information

 

6th Grade Registration - Thursday, July 30, 8:00 a.m. - noon

7th & 8th Grade Registration - Wednesday, August 5, 7:45 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Suggested times: 7th graders- 7:45- 10:45

8th graders - 10:45- 1:00

 

Please enter through the south doors of the school near the cafeteria.

What to bring:

  • Proof of Residence: a utility bill (water, electric, gas, no phone or cable) most recent one, no older than 1 month


  • ID (driver's license, passport): original ID plus one photo copy of your ID



  • 6th Graders and new students: health form provided by pediatrician with all shots up to date

Bring cash, check or credit cards for expenses. These may include:

  • Parent Teacher Charter Council (PTCCC) Membership - $25/family (includes 1 directory, Patriot Games and Teacher Appreciation)


  • PTCC Annual Fund - $125 suggested donation/family (in lieu of a school-wide fundraiser) tax-deductible as provided by law


  • Gym clothes and gym locks will be on sale. (Shorts - $15.00, Shirts - $10-$15 and Locks - $5.00)


  • Yearbooks -  $50


  • PSAT (8th grade only) - $10


  • Class dues - $5 per grade


  • Spirit wear - prices will vary.

 

 
Back to School Breakfast for Teachers and Staff
Monday, August 3, 2015: 7:30-8:30 am in the Cafeteria 


Help us welcome the staff back to Peachtree Charter Middle School with a delicious breakfast on Monday, August 3rd! Please sign up to bring food or volunteer for a shift. Please drop off food items between 7:00-7:15 am in the CAFETERIA as we will be serving breakfast between 7:30 and 8:30 AM.
