As you know, there are many ways to get involved and support your student at Peachtree Charter Middle School.  We are writing to inform you about the PCMS Foundation and ask you to consider making a donation to the Can You Imagine? Annual Fund. 

If you donated in the past, we thank you for your generosity.  If you have not, we encourage you to learn more about the Foundation and consider giving this year.

The PCMS Foundation is an independent, non-profit organization dedicated to soliciting donations and grants to support long-term educational enhancements and/or extracurricular activities for Peachtree Charter Middle School.  The Foundation is committed to maximizing the school's faculty effectiveness as leaders and supporting the school students' academic and personal excellence.

We want to share some highlights of how the Foundation supports academic excellence:

• Provide pay for substitute teachers to allow for staff planning time to maximize resources within each department
• Purchase supplemental class books and classroom supplies as requested by teachers (such as Math on Call for all grades)
• Sponsor Academic Teams (including learning materials, travel & competition expenses)
• Provide supplies for Art Department
• Provide salary support for School Clinician
• Provide funding for Summer Bridge program
• Advance long-term goal of providing a laptop/tablet to each PCMS student

In addition, the Foundation helps pay for many important PCMS programs such as teacher and staff appreciation, Patriot Games, cultural arts, school beautification and the Learning Garden.

If you are looking for a way to make a difference and directly impact every child's academic experience at PCMS, please make a donation today.  The suggested donation is $125 per family (100% tax-deductible), but any amount will help reach our goal of $50,000.

2014 - 2015 PCM Student Directory

PEACHTREE MIDDLE SCHOOL GIRLS VOLLEYBALL TRYOUTS & OPEN GYM

All rising 6th - 8th girls attending the Peachtree Middle School are eligible to tryout and welcome to attend Open Gym sessions.

OPEN GYM TRAINING SESSIONS:

There will be pre-tryout training sessions on the following dates.

Monday, July 28th 9am-10:30am and Wed. July 30th 9:00am-10:30am at the PCMS gym. Sign up to attend www.peachtreemsvolleyball.com 

TRYOUTS:

Sat, Aug 2nd 9am-12:00pm and Sun, August 3 12:30pm-3pm  at Peachtree Middle School Gym

Note: Parents are not allowed in the gym for tryouts.

Players need to be available to tryout both days and need to arrive at 8:30am for registration and warm-up. They need to be ready to begin tryouts at 9:00am.
