I want to thank all the teachers for a fantastic job last Tuesday. With their support we were able to smoothly dismiss around 400 students prior to the 3:15 dismissal and orderly release students as the buses arrived.

Additionally, the staff helped to keep 63 students calm, entertained and fed, while we waited for parents to arrive. I especially want to thank Ms. Abraham, Mr. Harris, Ms. Magness, Ms. Bustamante, Ms. Dirden, Mr.

Shores and Mr. Shrader for staying the night and looking after the six students who spent the night at PCMS. I also want to thank all the parents for their patience and for their assistance in getting students home safely. It is truly impressive how well the Dunwoody community pulled together to ensure that our children were safe.

Thank you to our fabulous Teachers from the PTCC

On behalf of the Parent Teacher Charter Council, I would like to extend a HUGE, heartfelt THANK YOU to our Peachtree teachers, staff, and Principal Heptinstall for all their extra work on Tuesday! During the stressful Snowjam 2014, our Peachtree teachers and staff kept the calm for our students, and many stayed all night to ensure the last of our students were picked up and safely with their parents!  All this knowing they would have difficult commutes home and had to juggle their own families!

Our Teacher Appreciation Co-chairs, Kristy Whitener and Jennifer Cohen, and our wonderful Peachtree parents have planned a fabulous "Souper Teacher Luncheon" for Tuesday, February 4th!   This teacher appreciation luncheon will have Super Soups, Chili, and more to thank our Super Teachers on Superbowl Week! There are a few more spots to be filled on our Sign Up Genius. We are asking everyone to bring your items to the Art Room by 9:00am Tuesday.   To sign up, go to: www.SignUpGenius.com/go/30E0C4CACA62AAB9-souper/1315828

THANK YOU to our PCMS teachers, staff, administration, and parents for always coming together to make our school a wonderful place!

Chair - Parent Teacher Charter Council (PTCC)
