CV Classic Spirit Night at Mad Italian
Please bring your family and friends to Mad Italian on Friday night, October 4th, to help support our school.  The more the merrier and it's a great way to get your carb load for the race the next day!  See you there!

CV Classic 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run

Ribbon Cutting Ceremony @ 7:45 am


We are down to the final week before our 4th Annual CV Classic.  Thank you to all our business sponsors and family sponsors that have supported us this year.  A special thank you to Dentistry for Children and Family Orthodontics for leading the way as our title sponsor!
We will have our Ribbon Cutting ceremony for the new track at 7:45 AM on Saturday morning just prior to the race.

The 5K race begins at 8:00 and the 1 mile fun run begins at 8:30.  All participants may pick up their bags on Thursday, Oct. 3rd from 4:00-6:00 and Friday, Oct. 4th from 10:00-2:00 as well as the morning of the race.

Volunteers Needed for CV Classic Run-  

 

Please come and help out with preparations for this fun race!  Volunteers are needed to help with filling race bags, handing out race nos./bags on Tuesday Oct 1st., Thursday Oct 3rd. and Friday Oct 4th., as well as help with set up and clean up on the day of the race - Saturday October 5th.

PCMS Arts Festival - October 5th 3 til 9 pm

Come support ARTS EDUCATION! Peachtree Charter Middle School Drama Club will host a new PCMS Arts Festival on Saturday, October 5th from 3 pm til 9 pm. to raise funds for the PCMS Drama Club, Patriot TV and the Arts Department.  Bring a blanket and come to enjoy live local music and performing artists, an art show, raffles, concessions, bounce play stations, face painting and much more. Lost and Found Items
On October 11, all Lost and Found will be donated. There are two barrels on the cafeteria stage completely filled with lost items. You are welcomed to come in and check the barrels before or after school. If you choose to come in the morning you must sign in at the security desk.
Box Top Drawing Winners

Anna Wilkinson was the winner for this month's box top drawing. The prize was a gift certificate to Yogli Mogli. Our faculty winner was, Ms. Wood, our clinic nurse. Congratulations to our winners!

Keep collecting those box tops and enter the drawing on October 31st!

 

PSAT

It is not too late to sign up for the PSAT!
The PSAT will be given to 8th graders (it is optional) on Wednesday, October 16 starting at 8:50am. The test is $16 cash only (exact change, please), brought to Mrs. Poh in the Counseling Office. Payment deadline is Thursday, Oct. 3. There are scholarships available for students with
financial need. Contact the Counseling Office by October 3rd if a
scholarship is needed.
