Community Education Series:
Economic Development and Affordable Housing in Efland

Sessions resume Tuesday March 3rd and Monday March 16th

The community education series on Economic Development and Affordable Housing in Efland will resume starting tomorrow, Tuesday March 3.   The topic is Bringing Affordable Housing to Efland.  Ann Moss Joyner of the Cedar Grove Institute for Sustainable Communities, will discuss how communities can work with policy makers and developers to attract quality housing for seniors and working families. 

The third and final session, State of Infrastructure and Economic Development in Efland will be held on Monday March 16th. Craig Benedict, Planning Director and Steve Brantley, Economic Development Director  will update the community on zoning, economic development, and the county's investment in water and sewer infrastructure in the area.
 
All sessions are held from 7:00-8:30 PM at Gravelly Hill Middle School Auditorium, 4801 West Ten Road.  The auditorium is in the rear of the school. Please enter through the EuroSport Soccer Center at 4701 West Ten and park near the school buses which will be on the left.  All are welcome.
