Minnesota Timberwolves Crunch's Wolves Run

FOOLS FIVE ROAD RACE

Lewiston, MN

Since 1979, Fools Five Road Race, a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization, has raised funds for cancer research in the region.  There is a Minnesota-certified 8K race (4.97 miles) as well as a 1-mile race.  Both races are very well known for being very competitive, while also accommodating to amateurs, walkers and wheelchairs.  
 
This year's guest speaker is Dr. Erik Gundersen, Vice Chairman of Gundersen Medical Foundation in La Crosse WI. Stay after the race for the awards ceremony and to hear Dr. Gundersen speak about how your donations are advancing cancer research! TRAIL MIX RACE MINNESOTA - 50K ULTRA, 25K, 50K TEAM RACE

Saturday, April 18
Lake Rebecca Park Reserve, St. Paul, MN

 

Jump start your running season with a fun and challenging race that benefits a great cause. The 24th Annual Trail Mix Race MN offers three distance options: 50K Ultra (solo), 25K (solo) and 50K team (4-person teams/12K each runner) on a 12.5K looped course of turf trail. Rolling hills weave runners through prairies and big woods landscapes while offering scenic views of wetland areas. Race proceeds are donated to Three Rivers Park District's Adaptive Equipment Fund.

 

Mail-in entry forms must be postmarked by April 8; online registration must be completed by midnight on April 13. Day-of registration available on site. Ages: 18+.

 

 

 

 

 
 
THE HOT CHOCOLATE 15K/5K

The Hot Chocolate 15K/5K  "America's Sweetest Race", April 18th.
On April 18th, Hot Chocolate is finishing off the season in Minneapolis once again. Enjoy an unforgettable run through the city and reward yourself with piles of rich, melty chocolate- you've earned it.
 
The Hot Chocolate 15/5K  benefits the Ronald McDonald House Charities, Upper Midwest. Runners can look forward to scenic route through downtown Minneapolis, a full zip hoodie, and a finisher's mug filled with chocolate fondue, dippables, and of course hot chocolate!

GRANDMA'S MARATHON

Duluth, MN

Grandma's Marathon is a point-to-point course run on scenic Old Highway 61 along the beautiful north shore of Lake Superior. The race begins just outside of Two Harbors, Minnesota and finishes in Duluth's Canal Park. Grandma's Marathon is ideal for first time participants as the terrain is relatively flat with some gently rolling hills and a larger incline just before mile 22.

Volunteers wanted for the Hot Chocolate Twin Cities 5K/15K, to benefit the Ronald McDonald House. Volunteers can sign up for Pre-Race Packet Pick Up on April 17 or race day April 18. Details at
