NextGen at the NILE 
Billings, MT--Billings' emerging leaders get an up close look at agriculture during NextGen at the NILE, Thursday, October 20 at 4 p.m. on MetraPark.

Young professionals learn about the largest stock show and rodeo in the region. Some may not be regularly exposed to livestock and rural traditions. This tour explains what happens behind the scenes, and the economic impact of having thousands of exhibitors visit Billings.

Agriculture is Montana's largest industry. The foundation for many cities across the state the status of ag commodities affect prices of many other industries. The NILE provides this tour to share the importance of the Western lifestyle. 

The tours will encompass inner workings of the rodeo, insight on the cattle industry, and a closer look at agriculture in the area. Experts in rodeo, and livestock lead the tours through the facilities for an experience unlike just sitting in the stands. Listen to the rodeo stock contractor Lori Franzen as she explains how the rodeo animal athletes are handled and the little things that make a big rodeo happen. Learn about the importance of the cattle industry and the agriculture industry in everyday life from NILE General Manager.
