Be the first two callers to reserve a table or tickets Monday to win a gift certificate to Montana Dress Company--located at 1500 Broadwater Avenue in Billings. 

This fundraiser is hosted at the Northern Hotel for a red carpet atmosphere, complete with a professional photographer to snag paparazzi pictures! Proceeds benefit NILE Youth Programs, specifically focused on college scholarships.
