Wear Pink, See a Rodeo and Support a Good Cause.
Billings, MT- This Friday night might look more like a sea of cotton candy than a rodeo, but do not be fooled, these cowboys and fans are all tough enough to wear pink. The NILE is proud to team up with St. Vincent Healthcare on Friday, Oct. 16 for the second night of the NILE ProRodeo for "Tough Enough to Wear Pink Night".

For over a decade, the NILE and St. Vincent Healthcare have been teaming up to support of the "Eva Project," a program that offers free mammogram screenings to women over 40 who are uninsured or underinsured. The NILE has raised nearly $50,000 for the project in the past, and will continue to donate back this year. The NILE will pledge $1 from every ticket purchased from Friday night's rodeo to the "Eva Project."

Rodeo fans are encouraged to wear pink in support of those who have had or are currently fighting breast cancer. There will also be pink t-shirts available for sale at the St. Vincent booth during the Friday ProRodeo performance.

The St. Vincent Healthcare Mobile Mammography Coach will be on location at MetraPark, offering free mammograms, on Friday day during the NILE stock show.

The NILE ProRodeo, in its 48th year, is the largest Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA) in Montana. This year's NILE event kicks off the 2016 PRCA rodeo season. The NILE Rodeo provides a launching pad for contestants to qualify for the National Finals Rodeo in Las Vegas, in December of next year.

Rodeo action starts at 7 p.m. with doors opening at 6 p.m. Tickets for the NILE ProRodeo can be purchased by visiting the MetraPark box office, online at metrapark.com or by calling the Metra ticket office at (800) 366-8538.  For more information and a complete schedule of events, visit www.TheNile.org or call the NILE office at (406) 256-2495.
