BILLINGS, MONT.- The 2013 NILE ProRodeo wrapped up on Saturday, October 19 amidst a wave of emotions.  Military personnel and veterans were honored for their service to our country as part of Wrangler Patriot Night, and the NILE said goodbye to General Manager, Justin Mills, as he stepped down from his post after seven years.  There was also a whole lot of outstanding rodeo action.
