RE: Trade Show Attendee Badge Deadline
Welcome exhibitors! An important deadline is fast approaching. In order for accurate name badges to be printed, all vendors must submit names for attending representatives at the NILE Western Expo Trade Show, by the 10th of October. Names must be submitted to Traci Marchwinski, NILE Trade Show Floor Manager. Companies that do not submit names by the 10th, there will be only 2 printed name badges. Those badges will have no individual names, simply the vendor company name. Additional name badges will not be available if they are not pre-ordered by the 10th.
A full schedule of NILE events is available at the NILE's website, www.thenile.org and will also be at check-in.
UPON ARRIVAL AT NILE...
Please use Gate 4 (see map of grounds). Check-in at the Livestock Office in the Expo Center (cattle barn). You MUST check-in prior to moving into your designated space. At check-in, you will receive exhibitor packet containing important show information.
If you have questions, please contact Traci @ 406-651-0440 so your move-in can be coordinated.
EQUIPMENT/POWER You should have already ordered any equipment, phones or power that you may need. If you are uncertain if you've ordered it, please check with the NILE office to verify your needs. Power (110) is $35.00 and power (220) is $55.00.
