BILLINGS, MONT. - With the 46th Annual NILE Stock Show & Rodeo fast approaching October 15-19 at MetraPark in Billings, MT, the NILE is pleased to announce the next General Manager. Current General Manager, Justin Mills has been leading the organization since 2006 and looks forward to a move back his family's ranching operation near Upton, WY at the end of 2013. 

Jennifer Noble has been selected to lead the organization on into the future, building on the successful tenure of Mills. Noble joins the NILE team following her time as the Communications Director of the Red Angus Association of America. Coming from a family deep rooted in the Simmental/Angus beef industry, she brings a lifetime of cattle industry experience ranging from commercial, to seedstock cattle as well as show ring experience both competing and judging cattle events. Time spent on the Women's Professional Rodeo Association Board of Directors while also competing in professional rodeos across the country adds valuable insight and experience.
