BILLINGS, MONT. - The Northern International Livestock Exposition will host a press conference to announce the next General Manager that will take over for the current General Manager Justin Mills, who will be retiring in December. All media is invited to attend and will be given access to interview Jay Nansel, NILE President, the new General Manager, as well as Justin Mills.
