Diebold, Scott Lamontagne, Moses Siller and Will Balthrope, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap's Austin, San Antonio and Dallas offices, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer was secured by J. Patrick Burke, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap's Austin office.
MULTIFAMILY: San Antonio - A limited liability company has purchased Southcross Square, an 85-unit multifamily property located at 3907 East Southcross Boulevard in San Antonio, Texas. Zar Haro, Michael Moffitt, Jr., Moses Siller and Scott Lamontagne, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap's San Antonio and Austin offices, had the listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer was also secured by Zar Haro, Michael Moffitt, Jr., Moses Siller and Scott Lamontagne.
OFFICE: Austin - Hohmann, Taube & Summers, LLP has leased 16,050 SF of office space at 100 Congress. Mike Kennedy, John T. Baird, Burke Kennedy and Chrissy Cornelius of Commercial Texas, LLC represented the tenant and Troy Holme of CBRE represented the landlord.
RETAIL: Kingsville - An undisclosed buyer has purchased Kingsville Plaza, a 21,250 SF retail property located at 2730 South Brahma Boulevard in Kingsville, Texas. The buyer purchased the asset with the goal of improving the occupancy and enhancing his returns. Chad Knibbe, Bethany Babcock, Britt Raymond and Preet Sabharwal, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap's San Antonio and Manhattan offices, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer's representative was not disclosed.

Consisting of eight predominantly single-tenant net leased buildings, the U.S. Core Logistics Portfolio transaction was a great opportunity for Duke Realty to acquire a critical mass of bulk industrial product in a single transaction. Jack Fraker, Josh McArtor, Jonathan Bryan and Heather McClain Venegoni with CBRE in Dallas, along with CBRE's National Partners Team, local market experts and Val Achtemeier of CBRE's Debt & Equity Finance group represented the seller, USAA Real Estate Company, in the transaction. The buyer's representative was not disclosed.
INDUSTRIAL: Carrollton - Dynamex has leased 58,688 SF of industrial space located at Luna IV, 2244 Luna Road in Carrollton, TX. Ward Richmond, Chris Teesdale and Tom Pearson of Colliers International represented the tenant in the transaction. Carter Crow of Billingsley Company represented the landlord CB Luna Industrial No. 1.
LAND: Lewisville - Centurion American has purchased approximately 53 acres at the southeast corner of State Highway 121 and Old Denton Road in Lewisville. The buyer purchased the land for a single-family development. Ken Reimer, David Davidson, Jr., Edward Bogel, and Katie Vance of Venture Commercial's Land Division represented the seller, JTL Capital, in the transaction. The buyer's representative was not disclosed.
SOUTHEAST TEXAS ANNOUNCEMENTS:

LAND: Crosby - LaSalle & Earlicia Holman have purchased a 2.5 acres of land located at 0 Noyce Road, Crosby, TX 77532. Jim Cockrill of Coldwell Banker Commercial United, Realtors represented the seller, Barbara Foote, in the transaction. The buyer's representative was not disclosed.
MULTIFAMILY: Houston - Threshold Capital LLC, a private investment group, has purchased the 378-unit Arbor Ridge Apartments on the north side of Houston at 22921 Imperial Valley. The purchase price was undisclosed. Transwestern represented the seller, HIG Realty Partners, in the transaction.
RETAIL: Spring - 1 A local investor has made an all-cash purchase of Woodlands Gateway Plaza a 50,000 SF retail property, consisting of four buildings, located in Spring, TX. The property is at the northeast intersection of Interstate 45 and Rayford Road and consists of 4 acres of land. Todd A. Carlson of Huntington Properties, Inc. represented an out of state investor who purchased the shopping center in 2002 in the transaction. The buyer's representative was not disclosed.
