| HOSPITALITY: Waco - An investment group from Ohio has purchased the Marriott's SpringHill Suites Waco Woodway, a four-story, 82-room premier hotel located in Woodway, Texas, part of the Waco metropolitan statistical area. Jonathan Ruprai in Marcus & Millichap's Tampa office represented the buyer in the transaction. Chris Gomes and Skyler Cooper both in Marcus & Millichap's Dallas office, and David Greenberg, a vice president investment in the firm's Fort Lauderdale office, represented the seller, a Texas based investor. Allan Miller of the firm's San Antonio office and Jake Gaddy, of the firm's Austin office, also provided representation to the seller. |

The portfolio consisted of the Continental Building at 9101 Burnet Road and the Briarcroft Building at 12710 Research Boulevard. Continental Building is a 58,700 SF Class B office property in the North Central Austin submarket. Walter Saad and Cathy Nabours, with CBRE Austin, represented the seller, Kennedy Wilson, an international real estate investment and services company, in the transaction.
