SOUTHEAST TEXAS ANNOUNCEMENTS:
 

MEDICAL: Houston - A private investor has purchased the 290 Medical Plaza, a 46,513 square foot medical-retail property located at 20320 Northwest Freeway in Cypress, Texas. The seller was represented in this transaction by Joshua Lass-Sughrue, Vice President of Investment Brokerage Services at NAI Houston. The buyer and sales price were not disclosed.

 

OFFICE: Houston - Heathrow Forest LLC has purchased 15109 Heathrow Forest Parkway, a 63,621-square-foot office building in the Interwood Business Park near the George Bush Intercontinental Airport. The buyer was represented by Ed McCool of EEM III Realty Corp, Inc.  Purchase price is confidential. The seller, 15109 Heathrow Forest LLC, which is a partnership primarily comprised of principals of the Urban Companies and InSite Realty Partners, both of Houston were represented by HFF's investment sales team of Dan Miller and Martin Hogan.

 

MULTIFAMILY: Baytown (Houston) - Allen Harrison Company, LLC has purchased the Preserve at Goose Creek, a 272-unit multi-housing community in Baytown. Preserve at Goose Creek is situated on a 13-acre site at 2100 West Baker Road. The buyer was represented in this transaction by Cortney Cole of HFF. The HFF investment sales team representing the seller included Craig LaFollette, Todd Stewart, Todd Marix, Tre Banks and Chris Curry. 

CENTRAL/SOUTH TEXAS ANNOUNCEMENTS:
 

INDUSTRIAL: Austin - Capital Commercial Investments, Inc., an Austin-based investment firm, has purchased a 241,564 square foot, single tenant industrial property at 4501 Burleson Road. The light industrial building was purchased for an undisclosed amount. The buyer's representatives were undisclosed. Walter Saad and Cathy Nabours with CBRE's Private Capital Group in Austin, along with Greg Marberry with CBRE's Industrial Group in Austin represented the seller, Calcasieu Real Estate Holdings, in the transaction.

 

MULTIFAMILY: Austin - The Flats at Woodward, LLC has purchased the 242-unit Park Lane Villas Apartments, situated at 1710 - 1720 E. Woodward Street on 12.6 +/- acres of land. The buyer's representatives were undisclosed. The undisclosed seller out of southern California was represented by Ellen Muskin and Daniel Elam of of Muskin Commercial, LLC in this transaction.

 

MULTIFAMILY: San Antonio - An international investment group making their first investment in the San Antonio market has purchased the Oakdell Way Townhomes, a 100 unit community near the South Texas Medical Center. The pricing achieved is the highest per door for a 1980's vintage property in San Antonio. The seller, a New Jersey based private investor, was represented by Brandon Lo Porto and Scott Weems of San Antonio Commercial Advisors' Multifamily Team. The buyer's representatives were not disclosed.

  MEDICAL: McAllen - A national owner and operator of independent living facilities has purchased a 157,855 square foot Seniors Housing Facility located at 2105 South Cynthia. The asset commanded a list and sales price of $8,550,000. The buyer was represented by by Doug O'Toole, VP Investments and a seniors housing investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap's Houston office. The seller was not disclosed.
NORTH TEXAS ANNOUNCEMENTS:
 

RETAIL: Garland - AVG Partners has purchased Shiloh Square, an 85,410 square foot shopping center. The Property sits on 9.56 acres at 2334 West Buckingham Road. The buyer, AVG Partners, purchased the center for an undisclosed amount. The buyer's representatives were not disclosed. Jennifer Pierson and Beth Pierson with CBRE in Dallas represented the Special Servicer for the Seller.

 

MULTIFAMILY: Granbury - A local group in a 1031 exchange has purchased Spanish Oaks, a 72-unit multifamily property located at 1201 West Pearl Street. The seller, ERE, LLC, was represented by Boyan Radic, Mason Green and Afrim Mena investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap's Ft. Worth office. The buyer was represented by Boyan Radic and Mason Green.

 

MULTIFAMILY: Fort Worth - Tailwind Crestwood, LLC has purchased the Crestwood Place, a 114-unit multifamily property located at 3900 White Settlement Road. The buyer was represented by Gary Vasseur of Coldwell Banker Commercial in Fort Worth. The seller; a Dallas based privately held real estate investment firm, was represented by Boyan Radic and Doug Banerjee, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap's Ft. Worth office.

 

OFFICE: Dallas - A domestic, private investor, has purchased the Cedar Ridge Office Park in Southlake. The office park is situated on seven acres with immediate frontage along State Highway 114, and is within 10 minutes of DFW International Airport. Eric Mackey, Gary Carr, John Alavardo and Robert Hill of CBRE in Dallas arranged the transaction on behalf of the seller. The buyer's representatives and sales price were not disclosed.
