The HFF investment sales team representing the seller in the transaction was led by Rusty Tamlyn and Trent Agnew.  INDUSTRIAL: Houston - International Paint, LLC has leased 64,405 SF of Industrial Space in Westland Business Park located at 14000 West Road.  LAND: Cypress - The Anglican Church of St. Peter has purchased 3.22 acres of land located at 19923 Cypress Church Road. OFFICE: Houston - A subsidiary of CapLease, Inc. has purchased The Reserve at Park Ten, a 145,114 SF, Class A office building located in Houston's Energy Corridor. STORAGE: Pflugerville - Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, has announced the sale of All-Ways Storage, a 43,610 SF self storage facility located at 20607 Farm to Market 685. The seller was represented by Ellen Muskin, of Muskin Commercial, LLC in Austin, Texas. Brandon Karr of Marcus & Millichap's Fort Worth office represented the buyer, an institutional self storage investor.

OFFICE: Plano - Concentra, Inc. has leased 26,945 SF at 5220 Tennyson Parkway. Searcy Ferguson with CBRE Dallas represented the tenant in the transaction. Michael Peinado with Lincoln Property Company represented the landlord, BRI 1849 Legacy, LLC.  RETAIL: Mesquite - Baceline Investments, LLC has purchased MJ Crossing, a REO neighborhood shopping center, at 1418 North Town East Boulevard. MJ Crossing features two, one-story buildings totaling 49,125 SF on 4.48 acres of land. The buyer purchased the land and the two buildings for an undisclosed amount.
