Postdam Girl Scouts (St. Lawrence County) visited the animal shelter earlier this year, bringing toys they made for the animals. Girls enjoyed playing with the cats, rabbits, ferrets and puppies. Included were Girl Scout Daisy Troop 50216, Brownie Troop 50240 and Junior Troop 50167.

Welcome to Membership Year 2016! |
As of today, September 30, any members that have not re-registered for 2016 will not appear on the "troop roster" in eBiz. This means, girls renewing their membership at this time will have be registered in eBiz by a parent/guardian. Adult members are able to register themselves. Approved troop leaders who registered early for 2015-16 will have access to their troop rosters beginning October 1. If you need assistance, email [email protected]. Thank you so much! |

2015 National YWOD Event is Next Week |
The 2015 NYWOD event -- a day of celebration October 7 at Edith Macy Conference Center -- will honor ten of the most distinguished Girl Scouts of the past year. The event has two components -- the awards ceremony (4 p.m. ET) and the Take Action presentations (6:30 p.m. ET). Both will be livestreamed; however, you especially won't want to miss hearing more about the awardees' Take Action projects! Also, GSUSA is excited to announce the participation of Robin McGraw as master of ceremonies, Jessica Minhas as moderator, and Frances Hesselbein as our special guest at the NYWOD event.
