End of Year Checklist for Troop Leaders

The list is a helpful tool for you to wrap up your troop year. The first 20 troop leaders in each region to submit a completed checklist to their community development managers will receive a gift!  List is attached.

Leaders, Do You Have Assistants?
A reminder, any adult assisting your troop/group in any way (at meetings, on trips/overnights, and at booth sales) must submit an application, background check, and adult registration. They should then hand in their position description to you so you know they passed their background check and are approved to volunteer. Background checks are good for three years, they DO NOT have to be done every year. If you don't know which adults volunteering with your troop have been approved, contact your volunteer services manager.
