Photo of the Week
Girl Scouts Emily and Alexis of Apalachin were among the winners at a Cupcake Wars event.  Says their mom/troop leader: "On the way home Emily sang 'we are the champions.' It brought tears to my eyes to see her so proud of herself. Girl Scouts has really helped her come out of her shell. She had struggled with accepting that she did a good job at anything, and tonight she was just proud of herself!"

Gold Award Take Action Project

:  Ashley's organized the musical history records for the Vestal United Methodist Church.  By organizing years of data and creating these documents for the church website, youth members will be able to more readily have the information they need for scholarship applications.  Through her church she also organized Chow Food Drives.
