Photos of the Week

Girl Scout Founder, Juliette Gordon Low's birthday is October 31. Girl Scout Brownie Troop 40313 from Waverly made cards last year and we use one to say "Happy Birthday!"

Add a description
In honor of Juliette's birthday, Girl Scout Cadette Troop 49008 built two seesaws for the Trail of Hope at the Lyons Community Center in Wayne County.
Troop dads Joe Sapp and Clay Guest assisted the girls in earning the woodworking badge.

Send your potential Photo of the Week to Kim Dunne, media manager. Submit clear, quality photos. Close-ups of activities make the best shots!

Girl Scout Uniforms Aren't Costumes
Halloween is tomorrow night, and girls are excited about their costumes! Some Girl Scouts may be thinking of wearing their uniforms, but the uniform is NOT for dress-up.  The Girl Scout uniform is to be worn with pride, showing the girl wearing it is living the Girl Scout Promise and is involved in a Girl Scout activity. Trick or treat just doesn't qualify.
