50 red ribbons for the school staff for Drug Prevention Week in October. Girls also handed out bookmarks to every classroom teaching about drug prevention. They worked with the Herkimer County Prevention Council.

What a Girl Can Do?

Girls can do lots of things! We are sharing with the media the 5 Skills girls learn through the Girl Scout Cookie Program. Do you know what they are?  Listen to us on the radio and watch your TV news! Be part of the excitement!  Look for national spots around February 8.

Adult Learning Opportunities

Leadership Essentials prepares volunteers to effectively facilitate the Girl Scout Leadership Experience and understand the importance of its many components including the keys, processes, and outcomes. Several courses are scheduled.

Girl Scouts Speak Out: Dear Mr. President

Girl Scouts of the USA is proud to release a public service announcement that features the two winners of its "Girl Scouts Speak Out: Dear Mr. President" contest, in which girls across the country were invited to make PSAs addressed to the presidential candidates telling them how they can support girls.
