Dear ESAR Racers,
ESAR 2013 preparations are in full swing, and we're super-excited for all that lies ahead in the Beaver Valley on June 15th. This course has shaped up just beautifully, and features a great mix of spectacular scenery, fast and fun singletrack riding, optional off-trail navigation, and opportunities for use of strategy and clever route planning to bolster your team rank. Further details are provided in the racer info package referenced below.

Adventure Race Training Courses
ESAR founders Mark and Heather Arnold of Hark Events will once again be hosting a series of adventure race training clinics in the months leading up to ESAR. These will include both in-class and in-field sessions, and will feature courses in navigation as well as tips and techniques around paddling, transitioning, mountain biking and maximizing team efficiency.

On Vacation!
Please excuse us if we don't respond to inquiries this week - we're enjoying some time in sunny Nicaragua in prepartion for this weekend's Fuego y Agua trail race on the Isla de Ometepe. We'll get back on the 19th, and will respond as soon as we do!
