After moving into our new store in 2013, I needed a new website designed, one that would not only promote our extensive line of quality hearth products but also help showcase our dynamic new showroom. I checked out several web designers before finally choosing Sundog Media. I wanted to deal with someone here in Alaska and I liked what I saw on their website. I was impressed with what they had created for other businesses.


Shortly after contacting them, Joe stopped by our stove to see in person our operation and explain to us what would be involved. I then sat back waiting for a new creation to appear. What I saw initially, however, was not what l had envisioned, so I made a few suggestions. Not only were these suggestions immediately implemented but I was encouraged to make more. Over the next few weeks I sent in nearly daily requests and watched in wonder as Shannon made page after page came to life. In the end our new website exceeded my expectations and I am grateful to the staff at Sundog Media for their creative effort on behalf of NortHeat Hearth & Home.
