Having been a volunteer fireman and EMT in the past, I can appreciate the value of quick response time. 

That being said, we are excited to have rolled out what we call our "First Responder" program. Our whole team takes turns being on standby Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm. 

The first responder's focus is to monitor all messages that come in and respond quickly, tackle any requests that come in or assign the task to the right team member. 

We at Sundog strive to be responsive and serve our customers to the best of our abilities.

While the project was a redesign, you literally worked from the floor up, creatively incorporating woodgrain from our Dena'ina Wellness Center into the visual foundation of our website.
 
While we are happy with the site, Wes and I are most happy with the service you gave us as we worked to solve the tribe's complex communications needs. We appreciate the time you took to learn about the tribe and to understand the tribe's operations. You were patient with us when we needed to move slowly, and ran alongside in encouragement when we were able to pick up the pace.  
 
Sometimes within minutes of one of us describing a desired feature or asking for a function, you had an even better idea prepared for us to look at in Basecamp, your online project management tool. I am so impressed with how you used Basecamp to manage our project, we are exploring how the tribe can use the software for some of its project needs.

"In 2015, our organization, Cook Inlet RCAC, celebrated our 25th Anniversary since creation under the Oil Pollution Act of 1990. Believing the occasion warranted more than a simple printed report, we turned to SunDog to help us build a lasting, online archive of our many initiatives, projects and achievements. SunDog pulled together a team that worked with us through the months long challenging process of designing and developing an online report that would document past and future milestones, grow with our organization and complement our existing website.
