We are stocked up this week to help with all of your Thanksgiving plans.  We even have a few Misty Knoll turkeys still available!  Please leave a little extra time if you are picking up an order on Wednesday since it may be busy when you come in.

This week's Friday FourPack features four turkey-friendly wines packaged with a 25% discount!  We have many more wines that we can recommend beyond those four to pair with your Thanksgiving feast.
Just look for the display at the front of the store.

If you are serving cheese this week, check out the newly arrived cheeses from Cato Corner.  We have been featuring these cheeses from CT at Tomasso for the past several months and they are now available to take home.

No class this week, but next week (11/29) looks fantastic!

Cato Corner Dutch Farmstead Cheese

10% off this week!

Whether you are entertaining a full house or attending a dinner for four, we've got a cheese that is sure to satisfy both seasoned cheese lovers and regular folks alike!  Cato Corner Dutch Farmstead cheese is a creamy and mild variation on Gouda, locally made in Colchester, Connecticut.  With slightly nutty undertones and rich, well-balanced flavor, this Dutch Farmstead is versatile and a perfect accompaniment to light-bodied red wines (we suggest 2011 DiMajo Norante Sangiovese) and full-bodied ales (such as Cisco Winter Shredder or Ommegang Abbey Ale). The Green Heart of Italy

Nestled around the soaring, forest-covered peaks of the Apennines one can find the rolling hills of Umbria. Located at Italy's heart, Umbria is a land full of history, culture, and art, a land of olive groves where cattle freely graze, where truffles and boar can be found on every dinner table. Called by many, il cuor verde d'Italia - the green heart of Italy, Umbria possesses some of the peninsula's most fertile soil. Small hilltop villages and iconic towns like Orvieto and Assisi dominate the landscape, surrounded by mostly untouched wilderness studded with patches of farmland and vineyards.  Named after the Umbri, an ancient people who called this land home for centuries before the coming of Rome, Umbria has a cultural heritage and cuisine that has persevered to this very day.   READ MORE>
