Wow, has it been a life changing summer! I got to my edge and had to take a break.

Do you ever feel like that? Have you felt like that in the last few months?

I know I'm not the only one feeling this way, because people I talk to tell me the same thing--that they've had to just shut down and regroup.

I ended up stopping everything for a couple of weeks so I could just "be" and not have to make any decisions, work on programs, do networking, or anything else relating to business. I've never done that before and I really needed the time to re-examine and re-create. . .ME!

The Dark Night of the Soul

Last time my article was about the Winds of Change. Well, little did I know the haboob, and not just the breezes, were about to hit!

After having a very full year of simultaneous coaching and marketing training programs, individual coaching, releasing a client that created a steady income, a lot of volunteer work, and some things happening with my daughters, I was at the brink.

If one more thing happened that I had to deal with, I was going to implode!

You see, I had been running on tapes that weren't mine--push, push, push the river, struggle, complications, straight-line thinking, and being responsible for other peoples' happiness and growth. These were people I care deeply about and wanted to contribute so much to making their lives great, that I lost my own.

Fun was a three letter word that didn't exist anymore in my vocabulary or my environment. In fact, I'd gotten to when someone asked what something fun was that I'd like to do, I struggled to come up with an answer; that's how deeply buried it was!

Finally it was clear that I couldn't hold it all together by doing it the way I was and I FELL TO MY KNEES!

I'm not a religious person, but am deeply spiritual, and I asked for guidance in how to change my life, because I couldn't live the rest of it the same way.

Luckily, I love Archetypes and Energy Work and that is the place I started to rediscover the authentic and real me.

And that is how I can help you too. To uncover and rediscover what is truly yours and what is conditioning or has been built up from the place of fear, reaction, or misunderstanding.

If you still are using "hard files"--ones with paper folders, then reuse them be turning them inside out. The tab will be clean for a whole new label and ready to go.

If you only use the files temporarily, like for certain projects, then get the plastic folders and the labels peel right off when you're done!
