1. First and foremost:  be MINDFUL and PRESENT this year now more than ever.  Whatever you create will happen very quickly, so be sure you're in alignment with your heart and soul and "check in" often (meditation, intuition, etc.)
2. Wear earthy and water colors more often:  Browns, greens and blues are good. The element this year is wood, so align with the energy of it and avoid fire colors such as reds and oranges.
3. Know that the negotiations may be more challenging.  Patient and powerful leadership is required. Up your game in a graceful manner.
4. Watch your money.  Spending can easily get out of control.  Again, be MINDFUL of what you're doing with your money. (Look for my new Sacred Money Archetypes program that will be launched soon to help with this too!) 
5. Welcome change and be prepared to grow.  

With the passion of the horse and the growth element of wood, transformation will occur, so this is really good time to muster your courage and step into who you are meant to be personally and in your business!
