• Expect to be uncomfortable. That's where we grow. We've all seen people who have the same hairstyle they did in high school. Even though change can be scary, if your thinking shifts to "Change is good!" then some of that fear goes away.


• Review. Once you get a handle on things, guess what?! Things change again. You will need to regularly review and update yourself, your systems and your thinking to keep things flowing and moving ahead.


• Be open to change. Remember the Borg from the Star Trek series? "Resistance is futile!" Things will change, with or without you. Look at our kids with technology--they are not afraid to embrace the newest thing that comes along. In fact, they delight in trying new things out!


• Enjoy the journey! It really is about the journey and not the end result. If the goal is all there is, the real lessons and opportunities are most often missed or overlooked.

My continued intention is to have everyone be more aware and conscious of who they are at their core, and how they spend their time and energy.

That's what I do best:  I hold the safe, secure and nurtured space for these things to come up and be addressed without fear, judgement or guilt. For your business and for you personally.

I play in the world of energy and am grounded in the world of practical application, much like a beautiful sunset or the changing of the seasons.

I've been told that I "give people permission to be themselves" and I can just stand in a place with my client and they can immediately see what needs to be done, and that I "create the space for prosperity."
