"We met Blas at the Mercado and he was a wonderful host and provided some great information about the town.  We were especially impressed with the number of people who were working to maintain the streets, sidewalks and trash containers. These men and women were friendly and offered a nice hello as they worked a job that is so important to the town. They all need to be commended for doing such a wonderful job. Janet and I each remarked that we had never been to a city before where so much efort was made to keep things looking so nice. We also found everyone we met to be quite friendly and welcoming. We will recommend San Antonio to all we meet, as a place to visit and enjoy."
