Here's the Scoop!
March 27th, 2014

It's spring break, and, though it feels like the calm before the storm here, we hope all of you enjoy the week if you've had a chance to get away.

Hopefully you've been watching the weather like we've been advising through this month. With temps forecast to drop near or below freezing, we took measures to protect all of the tender annuals we've gotten in - geraniums, allysum, bacopa, and more that were on the tables out front - and hope you did the same. We all know March and even April can bring big weather surprises!

On the plant front, we've gotten in one we're very excited about that's taking the horticultural world by storm. It's called digiplexis - read about it HERE. This cross between digitalis (foxglove) and isoplexis is one we think many of you might want to try.

For any of you interested in miniature gardens, take a look HERE at some done as part of a special order. New miniature garden accessories will be arriving in April. They're fun to do with the kids!  This past week more of our popular cork bark pieces came in too - take a look HERE at some plantings we did last season with them.

Thanks for reading (wherever you are this week!), and we'll see you soon.
