From the Advisors: Preview Week and D2L Update
Caryn Stanley
OCL Advisor and Coordinator
The latest version of D2L is set to roll out June 4 and 5, during the first week of classes. While we expect the rollout will cause little to no disruption to your UW-Platteville experience, there can be glitches. Your instructors, advisors, and coordinators are all aware the rollout is occurring and want to do their best to help you prepare. Taking advantage of Preview Week is just one way you can make sure you are ready for summer courses.
When the time came for Lisa Talbot to complete her capstone for her Master of Science in Project Management, her professors and advisor encouraged
her to think outside the box. With their support, Talbot took on a challenge with a personal connection: she organized a fund-raiser for pulmonary fibrosis research. Not only was she managing a major event, she was joining her father's battle against the disease.
