The timber frame in Nevada city was raised in August and the SIPs are well underway.  The home is a timber frame SIP hybrid, the center section of the home is a timber frame, the home also has a timber master bedroom, entry and rear porch.  Here are a few photos.

 The first two of the five contemporary SIP homes we are building in Los Angeles are finished.  The interest in green building and SIP's in particular is growing and we have three more homes in Los Angeles under construction.  Here are a few construction photos of the new ones.
