We haven't put out a newsletter in awhile but we have some projects we would like to share.  We are raising a timber frame in Nevada city this week, the raising is Friday July 18.  The home is a timber frame SIP hybrid, the center section of the home is a timber frame, the home also will have a timber master bedroom, entry and rear porch.  If you would like to see the raising please contact us.

 The first two of the five contemporary SIP homes we are building in Los Angeles are finished.  The interest in green building and SIP's in particular is growing and we have three more homes in Los Angeles under construction. 

  

 The Silverlake home features a stucco and ipe exterior.  The interior has a cold rolled steel wall panel and ipe wall divider.
