We have a new truss project in the shop for 5 timber frame trusses for a custom home in Arroyo Grande, Ca. The trusses are cut from dry #1 Douglas fir and are scheduled to be installed the week of August 12th. The architect is Steven Puglisi Architecture of San Luis Obispo  |
The building market is in full recovery. We are seeing a lot of interest in green building and SIP's in particular. The two SIP homes we are building in the Silverlake area of Los Angeles are under construction with the foundations well under way. We are expecting to be on site in about 4 weeks when the foundations are in. We in the planing stages for several more SIP homes in the Silverlake area.
The first SIP home we are building in LA is a 2 story modern on a hillside above Sunset in the Silverlake neighborhood
