Future projects coming up at Pacific Post & Beam are a timber frame and SIP home in Nevada City, four new custom SIP homes in Los Angeles, a small SIP home in Pozo, California that is in the beginning stages of design, four Hammer beam trusses for a new home in Davis, California, and a new SIP and timber frame home in Morgan Hill.
 This single story SIP and timber frame home will be built in Nevada City in the summer of 2013 Elevation of the first of four SIP homes to be built in the Silverlake neighborhood of Los Angeles
. These four Hammerbeam trusses will be installed in a new home in Davis in the spring of 2013. Timber is scheduled to be in the shop early in February. Design by Buck Drafting and Design North Elevation of the Morgan Hill home, slated for construction summer 2013.
