As you may be aware - we notified you on Thursday, March 5, 2015 that due to inclement weather conditions, Rumpke Trash and Recycling Services would run on a one day delay the remainder of the week.  Residents who were scheduled for collection services on Thursday were re-scheduled for Friday. Residents who were scheduled for Friday collection services  were to be rescheduled for collection on Saturday.  This information came directly from our Vendor - Rumpke of Northern Kentucky.

  

Unfortunately, Rumpke of Northern Kentucky experienced and internal communication breakdown and service was not provided as originally indicated it would be to our residents.  The City of Taylor Mill and Rumpke of Northern Kentucky apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. 

 

In an attempt to rectify the situation, Rumpke of N. Kentucky has indicated the following:

 

*All Recycling and Waste Collection Services normally routed for tomorrow (Tuesday) will continue as scheduled.

 

*Any resident in the community normally scheduled for services on Friday of last week who did not receive Waste Collection Services as originally planned will receive Waste Collection Services ONLY on Tuesday (March 10th, 2015), in addition to both Recycling and Waste Collection Services on Friday of this week as normally routed.

 

PLEASE NOTE:  All residents scheduled for service tomorrow are strongly encouraged to place your cans at the curb this evening as trucks may run off their normal time schedule based upon service needs in the community.
