TAYLOR MILL, KY; JULY 10, 2014 - Officials from the City of Taylor Mill were invited to participate in a ceremony commemorating the installation of the last steel beam to be installed in a development owned and operated by the Holland/Rosen Restaurant Group and under construction in the Districts of Taylor Mill, located in the heart of Taylor Mill, KY.
The Ceremony, which took place at noon on Thursday, July 10, 2014, was hosted by the Holland/Rosen Group, in conjunction with HGC Construction and included lunch and a tour of the first floor of the 35,000 square foot, three story building.
The $10 million dollar development, slated to open in October 2014, will be the headquarters for the Holland/Rosen Restaurant Group's Corporate Offices and home to three beloved Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky brands - Skyline Chili, LaRosa's, and Graeter's Ice Cream and Bakery Shop.
In addition to acknowledging this significant construction milestone the Holland/Rosen Group, and special guest Buddy LaRosa, celebrated the hard work and dedication of all of those involved in the project over the last several months by graciously recognizing their staff, contractors, and sub-contractors.
The Districts of Taylor Mill has it all! Great local amenities, high visibility, significant traffic counts, and strong demographics that make the Taylor Mill Community the ideal location for a synergistic mix of office and retail uses. The Districts will be defined by a welcoming downtown setting, traditional architecture, plentiful walkways, attractive landscaping, and easy vehicular access.
