In 2013, the Holland Restaurant Group and the City of Taylor Mill announced construction of a 35,000 square foot (sf) retail and office facility that will locate in the heart of Taylor Mill's Business District, known as The Districts of Taylor Mill - an exciting new development opportunity located near the I-275/KY 16 Interchange.

The DISTRICTS of TAYLOR MILL is a 157 acre development opportunity that has it all!  Great local amenities, high visibility, significant traffic counts, and strong demographics that make Taylor Mill the ideal location for a synergistic mix of office and retail uses.  The DISTRICTS will be defined by a welcoming downtown setting, traditional architecture, plentiful walkways, attractive landscaping, and easy vehicular access.  It is the perfect setting for The Holland Restaurant Group to launch their iconic and beloved restaurants LaRosa's and Skyline Chili.  Joining their development is another Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky favorite Graeter's Ice Cream & Bakery Shop.
