Chamber's Annual General Meeting
All members and guests are invited to attend the Chamber's Annual General Meeting on Thursday, March 28th at Michelangelo's Banquet Centre on Upper Ottawa. We start with the Business Meeting at 5:00 p.m. where Mayor Bob Bratina inducts the new Chamber Executive. We announce the new Board of Directors and report on Chamber happenings in 2012. Followed by a great Member Networking Reception from 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Charge of $10.00 per person will include two drink tickets and hors d'oeuvres.

April 16 Video Premiere
Renew Hamilton - an initiative of the Hamilton Chamber of Commerce - invites the community to attend the premiere screening of five video case studies that document the regeneration of downtown Hamilton and adjacent neighbourhoods. The videos and discussion will help answer the question: "What's behind the investment buzz in the core?" 7 pm on April 16 at the Art Gallery of Hamilton. $10/person with complimentary appetizers and cash bar. LiON'S LAIR seeking proposals Innovation Factory and the Hamilton Chamber are once again collaborating to host the third annual LiON's LAIR, presented by KPMG. Submissions for the competition will be accepted from March 26 to April 30, 2013. Visit pitch-it.ca in the coming weeks for more information about LiON'S LAIR. President and CEO Position, Hamilton Chamber of Commerce
The Board of Directors of the Hamilton Chamber of Commerce is currently recruiting for the position of President and CEO. This is a leadership position for the largest business association in Hamilton. Reporting to the Board of Directors, through the Chair, the President and CEO is the key staff representative of the organization. The President and CEO is responsible for leadership, strategic and financial direction, and administration of the Chamber, as well as development and implementation of policy and plans that advance the Chamber's vision and mission.
