"I want to go to honor my father's legacy." - Monique Morimoto
Understanding Executive Order 9066 which led to the forced evacuation and incarceration of 120,000 Japanese heritage people (2/3's of which were US citizens) is critical to understanding how institutionalized racism has impacted and continues to impact our communities. Please join us as we share what we learned through attending this important event.
