Raider Special - Soccer Reunion

A special thank you goes out to Tom Ardisson '71 and Carol Dodd (spouse of the late Dale Dodd '71) for their efforts in coordinating a reunion for members of the '67-70 men's soccer team! Fifteen members of the team returned to campus to reconnect, retell games and reunion together this past weekend including watching black and white clips of games shown on dvd, courtesy of Diane Montgomery. Coach Gary Fisher, the first men's soccer coach at Mount Union, and Dr. Bill Markley, the club sport coach prior, were also in attendance and added great personal stories. As the team developed from a club to a varsity sport with many of the guys never having played soccer before, the bond between teammates grew as was evident in the stories shared.

How do YOU want to reunion?

We want to hear from you for future planning about what Mount Union experience you are passionate about that would interest you in coming back to campus to reunion...grad year classmates, athletic teammates, student organization, sorority/fraternity and the list goes on. Email us at alumni@mountunion.edu. Classmates contacting classmates is the key to success for reunions - are you willing to be a class agent?
