Spring 2013
Message from the President

I am happy to introduce the first M Club newsletter of 2013. In this edition, we are looking forward to the continued success of Mount Union's spring sports teams and athletes as well as looking back at the great successes of the past year. As the new president of M Club, I would like to thank outgoing President Bill Borchert '98 for his leadership and dedication to the student athletes at Mount Union. I would also like to congratulate Bob Atkinson '73 on his new position as vice president of M Club.

M Club strives to support our current athletes through the purchase of needed equipment, supporting travel to tournaments and by honoring athletes and teams through special awards and ceremonies. It is the support of M Club through your annual membership and of fundraising efforts such as the Reverse Raffle (March 16) and Annual Golf Outing (July 13) that have allowed us to further these endeavors.

I am asking that you get involved, become a member and attend an event with friends or former teammates so that we can continue to help keep Mount Union student athletes be at the front of the pack in Division III athletics.

Go Raiders!
Matt Johnson '96

You are receiving this newsletter because you are a member of M Club or Century Raiders! Anyone lettering in a varsity sport (men's and women's) at Mount Union is eligible to be a member of M Club upon graduation.
