VENDORS -
  • We only have 14 booths left! -
Don't delay - when they are gone they are gone!
  • Additional Options - we have several different visibility options in lieu of a booth
    • Technical Classroom Sponsorships - sponsor a technical program track! This includes signage in the classroom, a short 30 second verbal advertisement prior to the start of each session and the ability to have a table in each room with your marketing material. Only five spots available and they include Thursday sessions and Friday morning sessions.  These are inexpensive and target a specific audience such as engineers, operators etc.
    • Hospitality Suites - we have three for Thursday night from 7-11. Only $300 and the hotel is not charging you for the space, only food and beverages.
    • Fun Run/Walk in TrackTown USA - sponsor the event and get your logo on the t-shirt!
    • Beer and Brat Sponsorship - Get your logo on display at one of the largest attended events at the conference - the Tapping and Meter Madness finals!
    • Golf Hole Sponsorships

And of course, we have also brought back the Smart Phone App. Now that you have seen how successful the app was in Spokane, you will want to take advantage of one of the six banner ads that are available on the app. These rotating ads connect directly to your company's full page advertisement. A great tool to draw people to your booth!

The Water For People Committee is looking for silent auction items. They will even assist with transporting items to the conference!
