The Collaborative Process
A Smarter Divorce
Tuesday, March 20
7  - 8:30 p.m.
Keyes Meeting Room
The Souhegan Valley Practice Group of the Collaborative Law Alliance of New Hampshire will present a panel discussion on the topic of Collaborative Law as an innovative process for divorcing couples.

Collaborative Law is a new method for divorcing couples to cut out the harsh, bruising and damaging processes of litigation which can accompany divorce proceedings. Sometimes litigation is the only option but it is important to know that there are often  meaningful  alternatives  available for both parties to work towards a compromise. Collaborative Law requires the parties treat each other with respect and dignity.

The panel will consist of lawyers, financial planners and mental health professionals.

The use of Therapy Pets in hospitals, rehabilitation centers and nursing homes has been shown to decrease anxiety, lower blood pressure and promote relaxation; the same premise applies to children with reading difficulties.

For those children who cannot yet read on their own, parents & caregivers are invited to read with their children. In order to guarantee your spot, you must register for each session.
